NATO has already completed its mission so why do we need it Mr. Speaker, I rise in opposition to this resolution. I do so because further expansion of NATO, an outdated alliance, is not in our national interest and may well constitute a threat to our national security in the future. More than 50 years ago the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was formed to defend Western Europe and the United States against attack from the communist nations of Eastern Europe. Q. This professor has hit a bullseye with this... History Unfolding I am a student of history. I have come to think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is simply a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes these exist, but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus. Something of historic proportions is happening.. A. I think the "professor" is an idiot. Without addressing everything: 1. The assertion that the bailouts were given by the fed. without any kind of supervision is flat-out wrong, Congress proposed and approved them, 2. The free-market has resulted in de-industrialization. 3. ACORN is not Marxist. tThat claim makes absolutely no sense and the professor does not provide any explanation as to how they are.

Hypothetical question about a future war in Europe?
Q. Out of curiosity. I was thinking about another war in Europe since Europe is the more or less most develop alliance of Economies and military and such in the world. I was thinking of how hard it would be to start a war in Europe. Exceptions being Russian, Ukrainians, Belorussian. Since we have history and current issues with each other. There too easy. So I looked into the best place in Europe. the balkans. I looked into the countries in that region that is strong in force yet has bloody history. Serbia and Bulgaria were on my list. Serbia drop because Bulgaria history spells relentless. So Bulgaria it is. Strong forces and has some grudges with its neighbors. A. I'm afraid it is a rather bad American joke. According to Wikipedia, the phrase was first popularized in the Simpsons episode "'Round Springfield" (first aired on April 30, 1995).[2] Groundskeeper Willie, the school janitor, is teaching French due to budget cuts, dressed in a striped jumper and a beret. In a heavy Scottish accent, he greets the class with "Bonjourrr, yah cheese-eatin' surrender monkeys!" According to the DVD commentary for the episode, the line was "most likely" written by Ken Keeler. The "surrender" element of the phrase refers to the stereotype that the French are quick to surrender in military confrontations which gained popularity in the wake of the Second World War. The implicit characterization of the French as… [cont.]

A. Crysis would be first choice, but you need absolutely massive specs to play it... probably a game like War Rock or perhaps Rome: Total War if you like RTS games. The best is RTW because the specs are tiny and it can run with a screen full of soldiers on medium graphics on my computer. And it is also really, really good ;)

Views on Iran and the SCO?
Q. First off, I would like to say that I hope all Americans will vote for the right President in the upcoming elections. The right President will hopefully get rid of our problems outside the world, such as Iran. So basically, Iran funds militants to kill US-led forces and from what my boys have told me, we are in some sort of proxy war with Iran. So now our war has extended from al-Qaida to Iran. Iran has been a long term enemy of the US and obviously they still hate us considering the fact they are funding these militants. Now before we even project any military force into Iran, check this out. Iran is part of the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, you can look it up on the net).
