(10 ez points) The Franco-Russian Alliance Military Convention?

A. Even though treaties appear to be mere pieces of paper with which one can wipe their nether regions people tend to treat treaties with undo respects. In respect to the Franco-Russian Military Convention it clearly said that either country was committed to coming to the aid of the other if either was one threatened with military aggression by Germany. This was a clear detriment to Peace since Russian and France bordered Germany, pretty much surrounding Germany and ANY action by Germany could be miscontrued as military aggression. (Example if a troop of German boy scouts in Silesia start a brush fire that sweeps over the border in Russia - - yikes - war!!)... Germany was bound to threaten one or the other and in reaction to the treaty… [cont.]
