Q. I'm so tired of hearing that Regan Smith won the race. Get a life, I'm not a Tony fan but he did win the race fairly. He didn't push him under the line, Regan Smith chose to go underneath the line and passed Tony illegally. Q. It was first used by Shakespeare in 1606 King Lear play as a girl name. Is it because people think of Ronald Reagan? Personally, I think the spelling Reagan is more masculine, but Regan I would never use for a boy.
